@Kristin Caras This is really popular in Northern, Va since basements are almost standard in most of the newer construction townhomes which basically have a front or rear garage on half of the first floor and a recreation room/basement on the other side.

Plus, with so many recreational activities around here, there's always sure to be demand for vacation rentals and other services which can give you a steady stream of income.

There is plenty of sunshine, mountains, the lake and the riverwalk for recreation.

That means recreational sites for travel trailers and campers.

Would there be a market for recreational uses?

I figured I could recreate most of what I wanted in Excel which is what I have used for my 3 buildings and works great.

It still has that desert vibe but it also has a golf course and if the Salton Sea project works out and water recreation returns to the Sea, it will be a game-changer for sure.
