So using this simplistic method of analysis, the 30 year note appears superior.Now one thing the above analysis doesn’t seem to be taking into consideration is the wealth creation through debt reduction - aka increase in equity that takes place more rapidly with the 15 year financing period versus the 30 year period.

Hello All, I'm looking for some advice on the creation of a checking account for a R.E. investment business.

I was reading my 2nd book "The Richest Man in Babylon" and it all connected that the fundamentals of wealth, life experience, wealth creation, it's all been running mechanics and rules true for literally thousands of years. 

Is this about job replacement or is this long term wealth creation? 

Most states are now offering online submission of creation documents and corporate filings.

If you can get a 4 unit and share the basement with your roommate, that would be ideal and create major cash flow and equity creation, plus you can share responsibilities. 

I'm trying to get a business off the ground to set up vacation rental properties (anything from sourcing furniture and decor, to policy/guidebook creation).
