Same with real estate - those that panic sold Spring 2020 would also now regret that decision.Having illiquid investments prevents investors from making emotional (short term knee jerk) decisions.The one property v multiple property issue cuts both ways.

@Tom Owiti hi I teach a class series for the Miami Association of Realtors on how to better work with housing authorities.It’s a great option and can be used almost on any property as long as the association bylaws don’t have any restrictions that would prevent this specific tenant from qualifying.

I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy and I hope that I can prevent others from being scammed by WealthAbility by posting my personal experience on as many forums, websites, platforms as possible and by filing complaints to every agency out there that deals with consumer fraud.

I would add that I would also consider obtaining RE outside of my IRA...this would provide the tax benefits, but prevent from utilizing IRA assets to acquire, correct?

Looking at maybe just doing a basic white plastic tub with a plastic surround.Flooring – I need to get about 300 to 400 square-foot of tile installed.Basic handyman and drywall work – it looks like there are a couple of areas where water pooled outside of the house, and a little bit seeped in, so some drywall needs to be replaced, and probably add some type of sealant to prevent the leaking in the future.I have already been looking through many of the forums and have found a lot of great information.
