Hardwood Floors are scuffed and peeling.

This is my experience on closing a rental duplex.I was in a N95 mask for 2.5 hours this afternoon.

My contractor told me that it seems that something has peeled off from this laminate material.

But peel the layers back on the market data and the answer may be a yes. 

I suspect when you peel the onion on the 67% non-renewal stat, you see the exact same dynamic.

You will limit what is touched (she can help by having doors open) and wear PPE (gloves and a mask) and limit your time in the house as much as possible.While I'm guessing evictions are still banned where you are, you could tell her you are terminating the lease as you are selling the house.
