Joel Owens, I guess my point was that in many cases license laws and ethics overlap (just because someone mentions ethics in real estate does not mean they are talking NAR Code of Ethics).

Los Angeles is also LA city vs county vs surrounding area...a bunch of urban sprawl with not much undeveloped land in between (besides urban infill) ...like compare investing in LA to investing in San bernardino or some other inland satellite city of LAA lot of people don't realize how close all these overlapping cities are to LA-- from Santa Barbara down to San Diego there's ton's of cities to invest in.

It gets confusing because of that and now we are over-lapping tax years. 

There's some overlap and of course the large "general" classification that includes all my framing and siding tools.4.

And yes, of course there is some overlap both ways..This market requires a much different approach and wholesalers can provide that.

Granted, there's a lot of overlap and complimentary skill sets, but I'd say my first deal took only about 10 hours of work per week max.  

I am a mechanical engineer with overlapping experience in project management and construction.

This means there is a some overlap where they actually pay for two units for the same time frame.  

Of course, there is overlap in attendance but each one has it's on crowd and emphasis.

It really depends on the MLS system, since there are probably 1000 scattered across the US, rarely do they overlap completely in terms of features or how your local laws/real estate commission govern what can/cant be done.
