Yes, an ozone machine will, but to be clear, it is only neutralizing the odors - it is not eliminating the source. 

If that liquid has an odor like pet urine or alcohol it stays with you for a long time.Just my nickel

No LESSEE or his family, guests, agents, or servants, shall make, permit or suffer any smoke or other odor, whether from a cigarette, pipe, cigar, cooking, cleaning, or other source, to be transmitted from his Unit to the common areas and facilities or to another Unit.

Changes are happening everywhere, but AZ is one of the friendliest STR states in the country, and I expect it will stay that way- even as nationwide grumblings persist and grow.

If that doesn't work, use whatever legal means are available to get rid of him as quickly as possible.For those of us in states where marijuana is illegal, we can report the odor to the police and they can handle it.

What processes do you use to get rid of smells/odors?

There is the occasional grumbling over a repair bill, but I insist the owners I work with keep up their properties.

The only thing that finally killed the odor for good was Kilz oil based primer.  

Other odor treatments will mask the smell for awhile Good luck it's a tough job.. and pets don't belong in rentals.
