My objective is to create passive income with the initial purpose of supplementing my income and retirement; ultimately replacing it over a 7-10 year period.

The other is not a company and is generally doing it to supplement their primary income, or they could be retired or whatever.

Also - my teenager supplements a lot of his feedings with Ramen.

The only down side is some of the communication - task oriented projects don't flow as well as we liked, so we supplement certain tasks with asana.

Not sure what would be more appealing to her, but maybe she'll be happy to know yall could use that exact income to either supplement/offset your new mortgage, or yall could be working towards leaving an inheritance to your kids... you know Proverbs 13:22 leaving an inheritance to your children's children.

In the alternative, the certificate program can be supplemental education (like Cornell's certificate in commercial real estate).
