Im not saying it’s a bad play, we own in Tacoma too, but the Same $ buys us better product closer to your neck of the woods.

Plaster, in my neck of the woods and target properties, is always plaster-on-lathe, usually wood, very occasionally metal.

If your using a student loan for your college you need to sit down and figure out if the education is worth the loan you'll have tied around your neck for half your life (or more).  

And we install them, ballpark in our neck of the woods - $500 per opening, labor and material.
