Start with a notice if that you are ending the lease (assuming it is month to month) and if he doesn't move, then start the eviction process.

They are pure GARBGE. 3 months after they issued my premium I still get calls from their clowns to sign something and that insurance is not bound....I dont believe they are operating a insurance company, likely a scam artist to be honest  Sounds like this is an issue with their call center/in-house agency?

You don't need to know everything to get started; you need a foundation to build on, and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.
