It gets very old, mostly comical.Pictures are there, descriptions on everything, do you people bother to read it before your annoying calls, no, you don't..Do you actually think for one moment that if you are viewing a 300,000. dollar home and you have the audacity to offer 175,000.you will be taken seriously?

I am doing my best to find deals but only have been looking on zillow/retail since I don't know how to find anything off market and as you can see... every moment of my day is accounted for and it's a little harsh for folks to berate me for this.

However, she did warn me that both HELOC and DSCR rates are insanely high at the moment, but she said that it's a possibility if I can make the payments.

Because I can find a very, very, VERY long list of investment properties marketed for sale at this exact moment with far FAR less information provided on them, including specific term of NOT providing any such financials, I see it literally every time I am building MFH comps, every single time. 

I would sure appreciate some direction though, because boy am I stuck at the moment!
