He obviously paid down the loan so he’ll make money but he said “mentality it’s tough to take less then I paid” as long as you don’t just but to buy and get a good quality deal I say go for it!!

Fear based decisions were the only decisions allowed and that mentality still sticks with me today whether I like it or not.Through college I started looking into flipping houses, buying storage facilities, etc... but never pursued it due to the lack of certainty and the risk involved.
