Shall we gift the membership interest before or after 1031?

No idea what it's like, but $250 for an annual membership doesn't seem bad at all.

You cannot do a 1031 exchange from a real estate asset into a membership interest in an entity that owns real estate. 

The BP Pro membership gives you access to the deal calculators which work well.

My friend @Dave Van Horn hosts a Philadelphia area mastermind.There are also groups such as DIG and HAPCO, both of which I recommend, that have memberships composed of investors from the Philadelphia area.

I believe you need a BP Pro membership to access it, but you might be able to get a trial period or something like that to check it out. 

@Joshua Mitchell if you are a member of Costco you can try them and you get a significantly longer warranty period and likely some cash back through your membership.

The ones Ive seen that claim to be free ask you to sign up for a trial membership which will then begin to charge you if you dont cancel.

@Ikenna Okoye  If unlicensed wholesaling was legal, do you think that thousands or Realtors would spend $1,000+ per year on NAR membership, license fees, continuing education, MLS dues, etc?
