Yeah, I love web based ERP programmes and they are quite good but I have found most of them much likely being designed for big corporations not for mid-size business owners.. and I perefer something I always carry around with me which is deginitely not my lap top but my smart phone !..

I'll switch from my phone to my laptop, one gmail account to a yahoo account for any of the "5 trial" websites, but I save those for when I'm zeroed in and ready to put a targeted offer (I've only offered on two properties... and have been fortunate enough to get "in contract" with both.

And people want to tote their stuff (see also: George Carlin). 

. - I lock up just a few personal belongings, like laptops,  jewelry and  personal/financial information.  

I just hate that email thing, too, but I get around it sometimes by bringing my laptop to the house, and using my own email, thus ensuring that the get the e-mail, and if they need help, I'm right there. 

This can be done from your laptop or cellphone app.
