@Don Konipol@Chris Seveney  One thing I have learned the hard way is attorneys are not always correct or their interpretations of the laws are not the same as regulators.. 

They interpret that to mean once the wire confirmation is good they can record the reconveyance.Mostly your distrust (and that of Jeff) with the process is emblematic of inexperience.

It's a fuzzy idea, at the moment, but the way data is interpreted and the way it is delivered to you can heavily influence your real-life business decisions on the seller's front.

There are those who interpret the IRS regulations to mean that you can't even go over and change a light bulb, so be very careful about this.Secondarily, there are others who also cannot have any financial gain, including going over to change light bulbs, such as pretty much every family member you have.

I also attended the meeting and spoke with several investors afterward about their interpretation. 

Other rules associated to it but overall, it is how you carefully read and interpret the verbiage for what a state requires.  

I find the last two paragraphs very confusing and I'm usually able to comprehend and interpret government manuals pretty well.  

Unless you live and breathe Real Estate every day, for years and years, your interpretation of the data, and your knowledge of all the hundreds of little tips, tricks, ans shortcuts which accumulate over the year, simply cannot compare to a full time Broker who embraces his calling in Real Estate.

The Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing has interpreted owner to be the title holder.
