I will post my story on here... it resulted in a more than 8000 loss... and water bills which were not paid, and which Northpoint was supposed to assist in transfering to tenant's name.

I am not sure if anyone ever cared to pull together the data but I am quite confident in saying a study that compared licensed to unlicensed contractors would tell the story of unlicensed contractors seeking greater deposits in relation to total project costs than those with all proper licenses.

Folks are seeing it as the turnaround story that has been happening for the last 10 years.

Like I said every story has two sides!

Just like any flip story, my first flip expenses almost doubled (different story for another day 😊), so we are being cautious with any additional expenses.

., it's the same old story that most markets are experiencing as well.
