@Kathy Kifer Are they asking or is it the text you see on their request that says this tenant has indicated they want to pay by credit card.

Rocking is certainly indicative of either improper installation or said installation no longer being sufficient.

Most BRRR investors in these forums equate return of capital as a success which is is not indicative of actually realizing a gain, especially in low barrier markets.

So, while its good that this asset has cashflow, that is not an indication that you found a deal.  

In reality my cash flow is poor (especially compared to the value) because I cash out and have cashed out a lot of money.As indicated cash flow improves quickly.
