The biggest thing I have found is that they are very task oriented and will follow instructions well but you have to coach them up to be able to make their own decisions.

I spoke to the manager or whatever he is of Northpoint and he confirmed I was correct and the new manager was incorrect on the dates.When they decided to move out I didn’t know they moved out until I noticed that my smart thermostat in the home was offline and AEP told me there was a disconnect scheduled.

Yes, because it will be a wise decision in the long term and when you move out and rent the other unit it will cash flow in the (+) positive.
