@joshua dthe money is going into more deals i'm in jersey to do business. putting a well organized team together to  fix and flip and fix and hold. this gem that i have is being at the right place at the right time rehabed property at gut price. i love rei i have been working all my life to have financial freedom now is the time to cease the moment.

I was going to name my LLC that I use for my fix and flips "Flipping Cleveland" as those of us that have called this gem of a city home have said variations of this over the years in regards to our local governments and/or sports teams... ok, mostly our football team... and the baseball team since the early 2000's... and our basketball team sans LeBron...

The auction terms should state there are no delinquent hidden costs yet once you buy, they sometimes ask for you to pay the late HOA fees, etc., even though the terms said it was free and clear.
