In the worst case, the very-limited number of actual Detroit taxpayers get the check at the end of the meal. 

It would be great to have you join, it was an extremely beneficial experience for me.I would also be more than willing to meet up for coffee or a meal if you would like to bounce ideas off of each other.  

Who wants to come to dinner with no meal prepared?

Fresh shrimp and calamari  ceviche (full meal size, not dinky appetizer mind you ;) for about $7!

And so far, I am doing awesome thanks to the support of my family and work (VERY cheap rent and I work at a restaurant so I get free meals)I have never been so focused in my life; I use to blow my paychecks and live in the moment, neglecting what my future could have in store for me.

While the Swedes eschew closed cell foam (they see rock wool as producing a healthier living environment), if one were to used a closed cell foam it would be possible to produce wall assemblies of R70 or more)I have yet to find a build using Nordic/Swedish framing in Canada - I do know of one in Minnesota, U.S.A. - but, there must be some out there.   

I was under the impression that I could deduct these meals expenses (50% limit) but now am questioning that since I am not seeing a place for it on TurboTax under rental property. 

The best part is it's free, and sometimes with a meal.
