Second, by order of the governor, you cannot currently evict unless it meets very specific reasons. 

Will depend on the NJ Constitution but if it’s like most, the Executive (Governor) lacks the legal authority to make a new law or modify an existing one.

I'd also put that in writing, though, and make sure they knew that you were also copying anyone involved that might matter - the mayor, governor, HUD main office, etc.

@Jay Hinrichs I believe so, Texas governor just signed an executive order to be the first state to open back up by the 19th.

We don't want to see people in the Superdome again, Governor and President (who have been adversarial) both know this is not how to treat that 13%.

Our governor refused to extend Medicaid so most people still don't have health insurance.
