You would take that 10th step, plant the stuff, and then as harvest approaches look at non-farm opportunities... work on that resume, plant those seeds, line yourself up for a harvest.

Once a month is OK IMO and it doesn't have to be expensive, but it's crucial.It's easy to get caught up in day-to-day real estate stuff and let one or more of those things slide, but not focusing on generating referrals is like farming a crop and buying new seeds every year when the crop could self-seed exponentially.
