I have gone to their pitch just out of curiosity and when I heard them talk about how easy wholesaling was I had to resist SO hard to call them out on it and when they started talking about the cost, I just walked a way shaking my head as I walked out thinking "OMG, some of these people are actually buying this load of crap??"

That would be a BIG NO.You are trusting the tenant to be responsible with YOUR investment and your family's future wealth.City and counties have ordinances from fire code on how far away a pit can be.They are not allowed on decks or near fences that are attached to structure.The thought is wind can propel the flame onto the building or connected structure and catch fire.

I am going to sound really classist here, and may get flamed for it, but it is the truth......Most LLs have either been to college and work in a professional capacity, so we have the disposable income to invest, or have been in the workplace long enough to learn professionalism.
