Some condo buildings with different zoning you can find 1 week minimums and only 1 building I found has a 1 night minimum.

Although Baselane doesn't have a formal app I find it very mobile friendly, I use it on both my iPhone and IPadI think Baselane has a slight edge over Stessa so I think I'll start with them and switch to Stessa if it's not working for me.

I think it depends on the deal that comes your way.If you can find a cheap plot of land that's buildable and the profits exceed a potential flip's (you could also acquire), go for the build.Vice versa.
