New Braunfels and the I-35 corridor is exploding and will continue to for years to come.

The prices there have exploded so building looks like the only way.

I will say Raleigh and Durham asset prices have exploded in recent years - I see multifamily properties listed for double what they sold for two years ago - so while they'll seem inexpensive by NY standards I'm not sure how much more appreciation at least in this economic cycle they've got.

Great schools, amenities, close to northern Atlanta jobs, the downtown area is exploding with restaurants, bars and shops and is a really cool, somewhat walkable area.

Hi Lisa - Portland has been red hot over the past few years, and prices have exploded. 

Colorado overall is much lower than most of the country, however because our property values have exploded I received a tax letter yesterday informing me that the taxes on property I purchased last fall is going up 40%.
