FlipSystem is more than online training and mentorship.

I find it rather impersonal, and basically trains new consumers to see agents as just doorpeople, and the advice/transaction is done through a national call center.

The team has been quick to help with my questions, and the program offers a coach/mentor, extensive training materials, software, and more.

Without getting into my business model...I rent housing to medical doctors in Metro Detroit on Training. 

If you don’t have the money to invest, what’s the point of the training?

I currently work as a leasing agent for a PM company and would like to ideally keep this position while I train as an agent.

There is also Metro North train station in Poughkeepsie to Grand Central NYC. 

However, a year ago, I opened a brokerage here in Tampa called Investing N Florida, where we manage short-term rental properties, provide training for agents on selling and purchasing investment properties, and specifically equip our agents to work with investors.
