Without having more facts, it is impossible to tell you which is the better deal. 4-5 years is extreme and I cannot imagine anywhere where that would be the case, EXCEPT for highly competitive markets with over regulated planning, design or environmental hurdles to deal with.

i have to agree with Nicky Reader - there might be environmental causes, not ghosts. i would not in a million years believe a ghost story, except, when my mother and i started "hearing" cars started in the driveway and "seeing" a truck pulling out - i didnt own a truck!
