Hi BP community,I’m relatively new to wholesaling and currently have two properties under contract with the owner.

I'm going to try to post snippets of things I've learned this past year as a way of paying it forward and gratitude for all I've learned and keep learning via this community.

As the 3rd largest MSA in the country it's hard to generalize the Chicago market as it's actually over 100 different submarkets when counting the 78 communities in Chicago property and then adding in the various suburbs, including in and around Naperville. 

Joining the community is a huge step towards reaching your RE goals.

Any one else in the BP community or any of my Chicago Real estate folks have any big goals for 2025?

DLP Housing fund and DLP Building communities fund = They are suppose to be really tax efficient but I am considering using the solo 401k as an investment vehicle.
