I would say I’m not going to call the company to have them undo what they just did but if this crap happens again you being getting a 30 day notice.

You have to just stick with them and wade through the mounds of crap they send you.

You will have 32 thermocouples and 64 agitator dogs to crap out on you

Neighborhood is kinda between crap and up-and-coming, great location to larger employers but corner of a busy street, rehab ready kitchen and baths.

As a result, when good investment opportunities become available, the bidding wars that follow eradicates potential profits.

Least of all this crime blotter crap. 

That is a piece of crap countertop and I can tell this is not a very nice kitchen.

Since you mentioned you're in the country and decent comps are hard to come by, I would put money on the agent knowing that one comp was crap but they decided to send it anyway.
