I agree with Bryan, the age (and condition) of the major systems is what I would care most about, so I would find an excellent inspector to look at everything with fine toothed comb.

IN the meantime, she says they go through the property with a fine tooth comb and "hoops" are finishing all that up to their specs but she says once you understand they are going to do that, it's just part of the process.

And at the end of the day- everything I do is reviewed with a fine tooth comb by the person you would have paid 3x as much to complete the work instead.
