I focus solely on non performing notes now as finding deals on properties is extremely tough nowadays, particularly if you're not local to the area.

Thanks Nathan,I have a couple hundred thousand $$$ in a very speculative crypto called KIN along with smaller holdings in a few others ;)I’m in the red big time right now It’s a long term play for me and my prediction is they will eventually be worth something The technology behind blockchain is where it’s at and not so much the tokens I suggest folks getting in more for the purpose of learning what the “hype and buzz” is about rather than making moneyThanks again
