Add a very diversified economy here with banking, insurance, oil and gas, education, three medical schools, 3 law schools, life sciences, DFW airport, and so much more, it looks like the growth just goes on and on.As far as appreciation goes, that's always tough to predict. 

However, the main message I want to make here is that please do your proper due diligence, don't believe anything you read and you're told and scratch below the surface.

I believe I will lose a lot of money, but LPs, all on their own, without government interference, will wake up and realize that they have the power and their capital is the actual asset.

Lightning Docs, which we use, charges $500 per set and I believe Doss charges $400 but we haven’t used those. 

Will add though, that a good PMC will immediately alert an owner about what their property really is and the expected challenges.Unfortunately, a decent portion of the time we do this, owners either don't want to believe the Evaluation Video we send them or decide to sell.

So believe me, there were days I used to knock my head against the drywall until I managed to find a balance.

The marketing isnt that important in my opinion but the professional photo/ video is a huge game changer and I dont believe that someone is going to make much profit at .5% on the listing side.

I believe that if the non-signing spouse had an interest in the property burdened by the easement, then the easement interest is not insurable.
