I don't have consumer debt of any kind and enjoy doing tasks myself, saving $90k per year. 

We went from a nationally moderate rental atmosphere to one of the most anti-landlord in the country in just 3 years.

None of this covered by title insurance b/c seller won't allow it to be required for close.Next was the task of trying to talk to someone at the auction company who understands the import these issues have on the value of the property. 

If you perform their tasks, then you will get that money.Appreciation is going to be tough as well.  

For example I keep all my tasks for all the stuff listed above in my head.

But we were short of paint and got more paint with the same color and completed the task.

I'm pretty sure that if I'm having this much trouble with this simple task, as an ex-web developer, I surely can't be the only one experiencing this problem.

The only time I ever see any significant number of trailers for sale that can be moved is during freeway expansion projects - and most of those projects that would effect a park have already been completed.Also, actually moving one of these things is task of monumental proportions. 

Maybe Jacque will pop back on and again confirm that they no longer make it mandatory to buy there APP or information package.. and AGAIN I am not anti guru or information selling by any means I have done tonnes of business with Gurus over the years and the back end fulfillment companies that run them that are like DHM all based in Utah.. its an industry there in the Provo area..

I am pretty anti carpet unless it is bedrooms or stairs and even then I am hesitant.
