All of my adult working life I've been stuck and complacent in the customer service/retail/sales industry (not the rewarding kind of sales).  

So my wife and I have been negotiating with a home owner for about 2months now and this is our final proposal that he has agreed to:Property is worth 640k with current adult family home set up or 690k when fixed up without the adult family home equipments.

That need and a little prodding by my older brother, who is 62, and has most of his adult experience in construction and offered to be my partner.Now, let's get to you.

Like this,at the phone call just simply state, our occupancy is limited to 4 people(or whatever you have set) , our credit requirements is credit score over 600, our income requirements are 2.5 times the rent, we screen all adults over the age of 18. 

The owner is in an adult care facility.  

I'm not counting property management I'm an adult and don't need someone to manage 3-4 units for me.

I then list adults and children.

Again, I just can't help but wonder how many of that 30%+ of US adults that currently 'rent,' are mainly doing so out of 'habit,' because they don't believe that there is another OPTION???
