Mark, the fact that you posted the question here alone is telling me that you are working with the wrong agent - you should always feel like your agent is in your corner.But frankly, the other red flag is with you and the way you portrait things - you accuse the seller of multiple issues after signing the contract, but you clarify only one of those and in a very vague way.
