If you buy the property and this property manager can't deliver, or BC decides to start restricting Short Term Rentals, boom.

It is getting nicer, fancier, and more expensive at a pretty steady rate for now, and as long as the boom in Seattle continues there is no reason this won't continue.

Isn't Florida kind of a boom and bust state for real estate? 

San Antonio is a booming market and this does make it hard to find reliable contractors.

Pricing here are starting to flat line, if not drop. construction booming.

I am not aware of any other city in america that has gone through a more positive transformation then Cleveland, simply booming.
