I would be in favor of a minimum number of 24 deals per year to maintain your license, this would reduce the number of part time an amateur agents greatly and improve the reputation of the industry.You are in construction; you would not hire a weekend warrior with a nail gun as a framing carpenter and send him to frame a house by himself.

@Wayne Brooks I understand that not having a garage is a selling point, I do however have a huge enclosed barn on the property and being the weekend warrior I am, I don't miss having the garage.. plus the garage is now the game room!.

My joy is that you have learnt your lessons and hopefully, you will not cross this bridge twice.For me, I am not a builder, and I dont rehab....I do not have comparative advantage and the skills to do that..I will rather leave that for the experts.... my time is too precious for me to spend lifting bricks......more over, it becomes another JOB for me.....I rather take a low return with peace of mind while watching my son play basketball games that sweat through 25%.
