I recommend getting a smart TV not a Roku stick type because guests will take the USB cable and you’ll be getting messages “why isn’t my Roku stick working”.

It will continue to fluctuate relative to USD and all other fiat currencies until you exchange it back to USD on the exchange and wire the money to your bank account (people also actually meet up and exchange the "wallet" on a USB for cash sometimes.. but watch out!).

A cheap feature I added to my SFH was these built in USB charging ports on the power outlets.

Hello, My wife and I purchased our first property (Duplex), we have a PM company looking over it for us being that it is about 600 miles away.

Specially now with COVID-19 US being hit so hard i would expect price correction.
