Market rate right now is minimum 300 dollars above what I am charging for the unit but my tenants are good and I don’t feel right springing such an increase on them. 1500 per month is what I would have to pay for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment around here and my unit currently is 3 bed 2 bath.

The boiler had an OA alert.I literally had to explain that the boiler was not going to fire off on a100 degree day and "OA" refers to outside air.
