I did 1031s, paid no tax and bought newer, nicer, more up to date properties with central air, garages and built since the turn of the century, and I don't mean 1900. 

We plan to list 3 to MLS in the next 2 weeks the rest will go through renovations to become “mls ready” by the spring.

So ok Mr/Mrs clueless pizz-poor tenant full of attitude and hot-air, I call your bluff, come at me bro, COME AT ME BRO, I dare ya, lol. 

Contact our political employees, air our grievances, DEMAND our actions we desire because again, they are OUR employees.

Games, game rooms, even meal prep items like air fryers can make a difference. 

It is unfortunate because we replaced the central air in 2018.

There is more supply that will push down ADR, vacationers are trending elsewhere now that air travel has opened up.

Market rate right now is minimum 300 dollars above what I am charging for the unit but my tenants are good and I don’t feel right springing such an increase on them. 1500 per month is what I would have to pay for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment around here and my unit currently is 3 bed 2 bath. 

The boiler had an OA alert.I literally had to explain that the boiler was not going to fire off on a100 degree day and "OA" refers to outside air.
