The credit default swap and derivative traders of AIG and other financial institutions who siphoned millions of dollars in bonuses for abusing the financial system and knowingly created unprecedented amounts of risk liability should be made to pay the bonuses back or be thrown in jail.

Granted this power can be abused like any other, but imagine the citizenry holding the power to "call back" legislation between elections......

(about 5 of them)With these tenants carpets get used and abused hard.So I don't want to pay a premium for a 10 year carpet.I am playing the averages looking maybe for a low quality carpet (5 year) and add a little plusher pad to make it seem nicer.Redevelopment has been happening a bunch in the area so in 3 to 5 years I plan on being approached by a developer.So I want to make nice but not over improved.Out of the 5 buildings 4 have older cedar siding.Instead of putting hardi-plank I was thinking of getting a paint company to replace bad boards with new and then get a paint,caulk,and seal.I figure that would be much cheaper than hardi siding at 7,000 to 8,000 a building.I figured exterior paint would be maybe 800 a building but I don't know how to price it out.The buildings are square with about 5,000 sq ft living space.

Requiring a photo simply invites abuse.

I get nothing but abuse for suggesting they do the job for less than $200/square.

Due to abuse of our email system, we are temporarily disabling the system.

Don't abuse them though by running deal after deal through them and never biting.

Maybe we should have put a rule into the competition that if you have negative Influence or 'Abuse' Posts you are disqualified.

About half of them appeared to be mentally unstable, very strange, abusing prescription meds, etc.

There, it's usually glanced over, it appears to be one one those, "yes, I all ready know that property is important to the city and state, yes, I already know it can't be reproduced, yes, I  know it's scarce, yes I know it is important to the economy and that property rights are mentioned in our abused constitution".
