This home is located less than five miles from schools and hospitals making it an ideal rental for teachers/doctors and also falls within the best school district in Canyon County.

We have looked all over the state at places such as Ogden, Logan, Provo, Vineyard, Payson, and a few other cities. 

A couple I am working with just went under contract on a house with a finished basement apartment in Provo for 360k, but it's a smaller place with a 2bed/1bath upstairs and 1bed/1bath downstairs.

I wanted to share the solution that I put in place to manage our properties while we're traveling, and I'd love to hear some perspective about its strengths, weaknesses, or alternatives.This solution was really put to the test and passed when I was unreachable for days in the bottom of Palo Duro Canyon and a hot water tank popped off in one of the houses.

I want to find those amazing uses and match these unique uses up with the right people.For example, highest and best use could be "National Park" instead of "Dam" such as the Grand Canyon.

Notice property taxes are higher in Canyon county for landlords, but price points are on average $100K less than Ada county. 

A little easier to work with as well because of less red tape.I have a multi-family in Provo and they require a license for me to rent it out to tenants.
