Hi everyone,I am a new member currently living in Chicago, but grew up in greater Detroit with a desire to get back there some day.

I am interested in North Jersey area, grew up in Passaic county.

Thats exactly how I remember the street I grew up on lol  A lot of variance but I think Trevor Baker has a chance for a great deal but should try to get as many comparables as possible first!  

I actually grew up in the Fairfax area as a child, and currently am living and investing in Washington DC.

How many on here can say their SFR or MFR properties grew during.

The problem is I live in an area that we'd like to relocate from, even though I grew up here and know the area quite well. 

I grew up in Stockton and have done over 100 deals in that market flipping, buying rentals, and doing wholesale deals there for the last 5 or 6 years.

I grew up in Paterson so I know the North Jersey area, hope to invest there in the near future.

That being said, I grew up in the Fern Creek/J-town area but feel I may be a bit priced out given how properties have appreciated significantly in the area extending down Bardstown road past Glenmary.

I grew up in Brooklyn Park and my best friend lives in Hudson.
