It is an excellent book that shares lessons learned from other great achievers in history, such as Henry Ford.

I use a spreadsheet, you can find one in the fileplace here on BP.Practice with the spreadsheet a lot using sample properties off the MLS.

San Antonio is the nearest major city to the Eagle Ford shale which is currently the largest and most active shale play in North America.
