Hi BP!  Any book recommendations or other training courses you would recommend to someone who wants to learn how to syndicate multi-family deals and invest in multi-family syndications?  I am a residential and commercial real estate agent.  Thanks!

Ed,

For investing in MF, some popular read all available on Amazon:

Steve Berges - Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apartments.

Dave Lindahl - MF Millions

Paul Moore - The Perfect Investment - My friend Paul, former Ford engineer, entrepreneur and now MF syndicator has done some interesting research on why MF is a great investment (focusing on trends, risk vs reward, etc).  I'm actually going to send it to my investors and prospects for free off my website by end of January so you can wait for that.

Raising capital, haven't found a lot of good books so writing my own that should be available on my website by end of Feb.  Check out podcast interviews at my BP profile for some tips till then.
