Currently, I drive a motor coach, taking people to a location and waiting for them for anywhere between 5 hours and 9 hours before they need to be picked back up.

Or if the tenant breaks it or goes years without cleaning.Or if needed a new motor for about $15 - $20 and then 5 minutes to install.

i've been watching various claims with motors and magnets on the internet for about 6 years..none have ever panned out.I'm still curious what's happening with the guy who had a Torch that ran on water.

Rockauto will keep parts cheap and the Accord will run forever if you maintain it, unlike the Hyundai (I have a friend that has replaced his motor twice).Unless you know how to flip cars, I'd save my money for investing in appreciating assets!

If you supply the appliances and hook them up, you will benefit in a few ways... proper appliance to fit the space, proper hook up, less potential of property damage when moved in and out, and safety (no frayed cords, overheated motors, water leaking appliances, etc.)We always supply the range and range hood.

It does take a holistic view though - you can't, for instance, say that a new HVAC was $1,200 for the motor, $300 for the belt, and $2,000 for other parts.

Many are mediocre (think Deptartment of Motor Vehicle-like "customer service"). 

Do you think it's just a hot motor and needs to cool off?

That being said, as I mentioned before there is a nice "hipster"  Brewery called Brew Gentlemen and a few new restaurants called Superior Motors and Peppers N'at.
