As competitive as the Los Angeles market is, I am constantly looking for innovative ideas to generate income through Real Estate and it wasn't till about a month ago where I was actually sold on one of my own ideas.

Reno, Nevada was decimated and then made a comeback; San Francisco explodes in tech innovation and rents grow astronomically; Austin, Texas becomes one of the upcoming tech scenes with all the VC money that they're experiencing, but then oil slows Texas down.

Anything that shakes up the market and forces people to innovate is a good idea.
