With apartments you pay for snow removal, lawn and common space maintenance.

In general I've never billed for my own time in the CAM ledger, but I need to learn a good way to do that regardless of snow clearing, considering I do a lot of the landscaping myself too. 

Winter of course slows things down in many areas; even though we rarely get snow the rain keeps people hunkered down.

Not to mention a massive pain.Any owners in other markets have this going on with incessant lead inspections?

Some providers simply sell the property and the investor is left to find a management company, maintenance personnel, snow and lawn care providers, etc. 

Short-term rental would need to cover additional items such as utilities, yard and snow, netflix/hulu, etc.
