Since I can't locate and set fire to the offending unit, I'm hoping there are preventative steps to keep them at bay. 

I've recently relocated (somewhat temporarily) to Chicago but had been investing in the Green Bay area since 2012, focusing on buy and hold SFRs.

My hopes in this post are to get connected to more real estate photographers here in the Tampa Bay area.
