Finding investors you trust to lend to is no doubt a giant leap of faith but maybe instead partner up with a group of friends on a multi and at least put some of that $300K to work for you.

It will be hard to wholesale because a lot of buy and hold investors don't take on giant projects like this and many flippers don't deal in multifamily.

Not sure if this is the right section to post in but I can't find something fitting.This is about some issues with the BP phone app.When creating a post, the line breaks when writing the post do not stay when actually posting so everything gets combined into one giant paragraph.This post has three line breaks but it doesn't look like it (at least on the phone app).
