Does that mean the city or government can’t pay you rent?

Rates are directly tied to the 10-Year US Treasury which are impacted by not only our market-driven economy, but also government action (or inaction).

The reason for the seeming imbalance is that there are branches of the city’s Department of Investigation and the Housing Authority that police the theft of government housing funds.

We see these disruptions in inflation manifested all around us, but the sectors that the government has gone "whole hog" in, inflation has been particularly wild:  Healthcare, college/higher education, and real estate.

You as a private person can’t rent your private property to another private party at a price you both agree to Hopefully the supreme court take the NY case and either abolishes it requires the government to pay for the taking as required under the constitution.

There seems to be a shift to MTR from STR since the governments, HOA's, and Condo associations have banned them.
