So, if you felt that was the price range and chose to come in on the lower end of that I would stick with that and enjoy what will hopefully be a LONG LONG tenant stay. 

March we signed with a Property Manager and May 21st, today,  they are still there enjoying free rent.

sell LTRs and buy Vacation rentals where you and your family can enjoy as well as make income.  

That made zero economic sense, but I sure enjoy looking at it when I’m there.

We’re also considering purchasing another LTR near Disney to eventually enjoy with our newborn—a celebration of sorts for future family vacations.
